Holcombe Grammar School Principal, Lee Preston, reflected:
“I couldn’t be more proud of our students today, who have faced countless challenges in the past few years. We should remember that, due to their GCSE exams being cancelled in 2020, the A level examinations they sat this summer were their very first experience of formal public examinations. Despite all the challenges they have faced, they have out-done themselves, proving that if they put their mind to it and work hard they can truly achieve anything. Congratulations, we are very proud of you and we wish every single one of you every best wish for your futures."
Stuart Gardner, CEO of Thinking Schools Academy Trust, added:
“I am thrilled for our students at Holcombe Grammar School. They have worked incredibly hard over the years, and it is great to see them excited about their future. Well done to all!”
